Patients with Cold Haemagglutinin disease (CHAD) may have a high titre cold agglutinin detectable.


Indications

Patients with suspected Cold Haemaggultinin Disease (CHAD).

Titre <64 = Normal

External Notes

Once taken the sample should be delivered to the blood bank without delay to prevent it becoming cold.
